CLIENT AGREEMENT AND OFFICE POLICY
Accountability:
There is an absolute need to commit. I am rather strict about this because it is important for you to make your mental, emotional, spiritual health a top priority. True transformation takes time and research has proven that at least 90 days is needed to implement a new lasting behavior in order to begin making it a lifestyle.
Your committed actions and desire to lead a healthier, happier life not only impacts you positively but also trickles out to your families, friends, colleagues and the world at large. By serving and honoring yourself it blesses everyone.
The success of your life will depend on you taking a look in the mirror and deciding to make that needed change and heal the sweet soul that deserves to thrive. By taking this step you are reclaiming your power and choosing to make peace with the past and whatever is binding you presently and learning to release it granting yourself permission to live in a healthier happier state.
I commend you for your courage to be willing to address the full spectrum of emotions you have been dealing with for so long and I thank you for allowing me to be your guide on this journey of healing that will help clear away all negativity and error beliefs that have held you back from knowing your true worth.
Cancellation:
I appreciate as much advance notice as possible but do understand that emergencies arise from time to time. Please understand that if you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment we can not use that time for another client so if less than a 24hr notice, a full fee will be charged. If you need to change an appointment I request at least a 48hr notice. Not only is my time valuable but your health is worthy of high attention and priority.
Confidentiality:
Contents of all counseling-healing sessions are considered to be confidential. The client-counselor relationship is confidential. This means that everything you say to me is held in confidence unless you give me written consent for the release of any such information. While state law protects the principle of confidentiality, the regulations also specify certain exemptions. I am mandated by law to report any of the following:
1) A case of suspected or actual child abuse or neglect
2) A case of suspected or actual elder abuse or neglect
3) A client who presents a danger to self or other
Emergency Procedure:
If you need to contact me between sessions please call and leave a message at 650-804-9816 and I will return your call in a timely manner usually within 24-48hrs. If you are having a crisis and can not reach me please call 911 or the Crisis Hotline at 650-579-0350. If an emergency takes place in my office I will have to call 911 and/or the people you have given me permission to contact:

TRANSFORMATIONAL HEALING PRICING PACKAGES
Do not look at this as a financial sacrifice but rather for what it truly is, an investment in yourself, something of great great value that will leave you with the skills to last you a lifetime. This will help you achieve the emotional freedom you deserve. It takes commitment, persistence, action steps, applied exercises, true intention and self love to have the life you dream of. It is possible.
First time initial visit lasts 1.5hrs and the fee is $150. After the first visit and deciding upon if I am the right match, I will only work with people on a 90 day, 3 month committed path.
Package One: ($525 for a total 4.5hrs in office sessions)
1x per month @ $175 per month for 3 months includes Empowerment Counseling with hands on Reiki Energy Healing and Pranic Cleanse. Also includes weekly check-ins via email or text. (You receive 3 sessions over a 3 month period)
Package Two: ($750 for a total 9hrs of in office sessions)
2x per month biweekly @ $250 per month for 3 months includes Empowerment Counseling with Reiki Healing and Pranic Cleanse. No out of office check-ins although growth work is assigned to be discussed at the follow up session. (You receive 6 sessions over a 3 month period)
Package Three: ($1,125 for a total 13.5hrs of in office sessions)
3x per month meet weekly @ $375 per month for 3 months includes Empowerment Counseling with Reiki Healing and Pranic Cleanse. No out of office check-ins although growth work assigned to be discussed at every session. (You receive 9 sessions over a 3 month period)
Package Four: ($1,500 for a total 18hrs of in office sessions)
4x per month meet weekly @ $500 per month for 3 months includes Empowerment Counseling with Reiki Healing and Pranic Cleanse. No out of office check-ins although growth work assigned to be discussed at every session. (You receive 12 sessions over a 3 month period)
Maintenance Package: ($375 for a total of 4.5hrs of in office sessions)
Buy a package of three to be used as you desire. (You receive 3 sessions to be used as often as needed)
All packages to be paid in full or with installments as follows:

Full payment to be remitted on 1st day of program. If making installments, first payment due 1st day of program. Scheduling of installment due dates will be arranged at the first session. Payments accepted by cash or check made out to Ana Maria Sanchez or with Credit Card.
